Welcome to SfePy-PORODYN's documentation! ========================================= Description ----------- The software **SfePy-PORODYN** is a computational tool based of the finite-element method implemented in the `SfePy framework `_. It serves for modelling fluid saturated porous media subject to large deformation. The mechanical model describes fluid saturated porous media with hyperelastic skeleton and compressible viscous fluid. The dynamic behaviour is respected with an approximation of the inertia effects associated with the relative fluid-solid motion; this approximation provides accurate responses for lower frequencies.
